We have another challenge started at the Outlawz and this month our sponsor for the Progressive challenge is the wonderful Ppinky Dolls.
Chrishanthi gave us a beautiful image for our members to enjoy and hopefully create something special with. This is what I came up with, the image is called 'Another Gift'
I coloured her with my Promarkers and teamed her up with some Bobunny paper, the sentiment has been cut into the paper using a die from Tattered Lace. The lace and ribbon are both from Fantastic Ribbons.
If you want to join in with this challenge head over to the Outlawz and join up - there are lots of other challenges going on as well so we will keep your fingers busy and you will also meet some wonderful crafty people and make new friends in no time - so what are you waiting for - there's a link at the top of this page that will take you straight there!

Playing Catch Up Again!!
I am still having computer nightmares and don't have enough saved to replace my laptop yet - so I feel I will be playing catch up for a few more months yet!
Eclectic Ellapu has a new challenge started and the Pink team challenge is to make a Tussie Mussie!
Now I had never heard of this before and I can tell you it was a challenge for me! As I couldn't find any suitable fabric I stuck to paper to make mine and this is what I came up with
I used a Cheery Lyn doily die to make the cone, cutting it from two shades of gold, I then added some lace and a pretty bow. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the feathers from my stash!
So come over and join us for this unusual challenge and for once, be challenged!
See you there!!

Coffee Girl!
She is just too cute! This is another of the wonderful images from Gerda Steiner and was the freebie for this month's progressive challenge.
I tried to keep the coffee theme right through, I used Kraft card for my base then layered with some coffee shiny card, then a coffee polka dot from the desert bloom collection, topped with a heart shaped die cut of another brown floral paper from desert blooms. I added some rustic heart ribbons and the with love ribbon from the Paris collection, finished with some wooden die cuts. I coloured the image with Copics/Promarkers.
So if you want to get to play with one of these wonderful digis each month why not pop over to Gerda's and sign up!

Colourful Tic Tac Toe!
Yes it's the new challenge at the Outlawz Colour Challenge and this week we have some tic tac toe for you!
Susan chose the colours and twists for this tic tac toe board and she has been away so Ursula is going to host this challenge for her! Aren't they just lush vibrant colours!
I used the diagonal top left to bottom right for my card and I did something a little different too!
I used an ice cream cone cut from Silhouette that I slightly modified and cut more layers for the cone. Each layer is encrusted with sequins and I used some chalk based paint to colour the cone the sentiment was also cut on the Silhouette. The base card is Centura Pearl white with a gold finish. My extra colour was pale pink. I hope you like my ice cream cone!
Look forward to seeing you over at the Colour Challenge this week!

Outlawz Colour Challenge
I am finally getting my card posted for this challenge! Don't you just love computers, ha ha ha!!!
So the challenge currently running at the Outlawz Colour Challenge is to make an easel card using these colours:
Perfect colours aren't they!
Our sponsor this month is Concetta Kilmer from Enchanted Design Studio so if you love her work come on over and join us with the chance of winning some digis!
For my project I actually used an Aurora Wings image as it fitted with the project I was making so well!
I made a box easel card as I wanted one to use as a gift box. The actual box easel was my own design as it had to fit the image I had coloured! I coloured her us with Promarkers and mounted onto green and red card, the "lace" is a die cut from Tonic and I used a jewelled brad for the drawer handle, I added two red pearls to enable my easel to stand.
Come on over and join us for this great challenge - I hope to see you there!

OK quickly, the challenge for the pink team is to make something out of your comfort zone.
I made a clock - don't know why and it was definitely out of my comfort zone!!
So if I can make a clock - you can make something outside of your comfort zone!
The papers used are from Michelle Roo and are luscious!
