A Little Tic Tac Toe to Take You Into The New Year!

Yes the new colour challenge at the Outlawz is Tic Tac Toe!

The scrumptious colours were chosen by Ursula and with those colours you will definitely not be lost for a colour combo!

For my card I used the diagonal row from top right to bottom left

The image is from All Dressed Up and she is such a cutie! Coloured with Promarkers and she had to have a touch of glitter on her wings! I used a circular die to cut her ou them used a flower die to layer her on, The corners are my favourite Memory Box die - I've used it so much it's nearly worn out!

I hope you can find time to come over and play with us this week - we'd love to see which colours you choose and what you make with it!

I would like to enter this card int the following challenges:

Champagne Enchantress!

We have another Lacy Sunshine lovely!

Champagne Enchantress was given to the FB group by Heather Valentin on Christmas Day! There is also a competition on the FB group to create a project with this image.

To me she was the perfect New Year image so I created this to celebrate the New Year!

I coloured her with Promarkers then set about her with the glitter! I used silver for her tiara and her wings (if that's what they are!) and champagne for the champagne bubbles and fizz! I covered the numbers and roses with champagne glitter and edged the feathers with it too! The paper and frmae are from Gypsy Soul by Raspberry Road Designs.
I was really happy with how she turned out and would like to enter her into these challenges:

A Little Change from Christmas.......

Well I hope everyone is having a lovely time over the Holiday period. I am one of the lucky ones and am off work until the 2nd so have had plenty of time to do some colouring! I have been dying to colour this sweet image that was a freebie from Heather Valentin, Lacy Sunshine, on her FB group. I was in love as soon as I got it so have had a good play day today and got this one coloured and made up!

The image is coloured with Promarkers and all the papers are digital from three different sets, lol! The base card is Kraft. The digi is called Snow Buddies and you can find Lacy Sunshine here.

If you're looking for some cute digis that are a little bit different go check out Lacy Sunshine!
Also why not join the FB group you can see what everyone is doing as well as see what new digis Heather has drawn and as she is a very generous lady she sometimes gives you a freebie, like the one above!

When I saw this fabulous picture it just shouted New Year - Hogmanay!

I used an image from Just Inklined - it had to be a thistle and this is the best one I have!

For my colours I have used midnight blue, black and gold and for my twist I have added bling! The die cut numbers are from Tonic, all the rest is from my stash! Coloured with Promarkers.

I hope you will come over and join us for this fun challenge - maybe something to do after all the turkey or whatever you are having for Christmas lunch!

I used a background paper from Raspberry Road from the Gypsy Soul collection, I used a pale coloured pink paper from the collection to paper piece their dresses and shoes.finished with bling on a string to frame the whole thing.

A Quick Cutie!

Very quick post but had to show you this adorable cutie from Gerda Steiner! This is this month's image for the Progressive challenge on her site and it is adoooorableeeee!

Coloured with Copics/Promarkers the I glittered her wings and sparkles the stars and halo using a Wink of Stella pen. A little glaze pen on the letters too. I edge the circle with some iridescent cord and gave her a nice gold star! The paper is from Hunkydory!

Pop on over to Gerda's and join in the fun!

Vintage Christmas!

Yes I am having a vintage Christmas all because we have a vintage theme for the new challenge at Dragonfly Dreams and we have Nice Crane as our sponsor. As it's the festive season we have had some beautiful images to play with - so much so that I now have 20 vintage baubles, lots of vintage cards some boxes with beautiful vintage decoration, oooooooo, I've had so much fun!

Well this is my DT card for the challenge, I fell in love with this image as soon as I saw it!

I just love those little mices! I used some papers from Tonic that came with a Tivoli unit that I succumbed to and they just happened to turn up at the right moment! The ivy die cuts are form Joanna Sheen and are probably my favourite at the moment, The corner die is from Memory Box, I added a nice bow and the odd pearl and gem just to finish it off!
These are the baubles from Nice Crane, they come with two designs on each sheet so you can print them off twice and have two baubles with the same image on both sides - I have had so much fun with these, I have also made some with different centres, I will add some to my blog as soon as I get some pictures taken!

Well I hope you will come over to Dragonfly Dreams and play with us this month we'd love to see all your vintage projects. You also stand the chance of winning a $20GC to spend at Nice Crane!

Yes we have another new challenge for you and for this we would like you to use at least 3 colours from the rainbow to make your project. There's no twist either so how easy is that!!!

So for my card I used an image I got in the Black Friday sale at Just Inklined!

Isn't she just the greatest image for a bowler? I have her male equivalent too! Coloured with Copics/Promarkers, the paper is from my stash, I added some ribbons and a die cut sentiment to finish it off!

Betty has provided the most gorgeous digi for our members to use and this is what I made with it!

I coloured her with Copics/Promarkers and inked around the die cut shape. I used some background paper from Hunkydory and added a little tinsel, a tree and a bauble!

If you would like to join us visit the Outlawz Challenges (see the top of the blog) and go to the Progressive/Freebie challenge, join the challenge and email us to get registered for your image, as long as you enter a project using the image before month end you will get the next months image sent automatically!

So what are you waiting for!

Vintage Christmas!

Ooooo I am definitely in love with this idea! In fact I'm making all sorts of vintage ornaments for the house this year and have decided my Christmas theme will be vintage/shabby chic!

So the new challenge at Eclectic Ellapu for the pink team is Vintage Christmas - how scrummy is that!

For my card I used an image from Nice Crane - they are some of the best vintage images about and this one I love

The background paper is from Tonic and it is the twelve days of Christmas, the ivy corners are from Joanna Sheen (my favourite Christmas die this year) I used some gold pearl card to back the image and added some bobble lace to the edges - that gorgeous flower was made by the lovely Elaine (ain't she talented) she sent me some last year and I have eked them out!

So come on over and show us your Vintage Christmas projects, we would love to see them!
