Li'l Bug!

We have everyone's favourite challenge at Penny's this week - Anything Goes!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is, drum roll, Lacy Sunshine
So I got to play with one gorgeous stamp from Heather's wonderful shop

I coloured the image with alcohol markers then cut it out with a flower shaped die. The papers are from the Lillibet collection - aren't they just perfect with this cutie? I cut the butterflies from some matching glitter card as well as the centre flower, the other flowers are made using the smaller version of the die used to cut out the image, I used the shaping technique that I learn from Jak Heath's blog quite some time ago!

I hope you will come over to Penny's Paper Crafty and join in our latest challenge!

Hope to see you there!

Tomatoes are Red, Carrots are Orange, Broccoli is Green.....

The Colour Challenge at the Outlawz today has a wonderful inspirational picture, chosen by Lindsay

Isn't that wonderful, such dedicated people producing all those wonderful veggies!

This week Lindsay chose the red of the tomatoes now we need you to pick two more colours from the photo and add your own twist!

We have Bugaboo as our sponsor this month and this is one of their fabulous digis

I do think that's wonderful advise! I actually coloured the image on the computer - never tried before and it came out pretty good!

I used my favourite die to cut the butterflies and some pretty flower gems on the opposite corner.

Well I hope to see you over at the Colour Challenge this week - hope to see you there!

What's In Your Garden?

That's what we would like to know at the new challenge from DigiSketch! We have a fab sketch for you too

This challenge is sponsored by The Doodle Pantry

I got to play with a beautiful digi

This is part of the Lily Collection, isn't it beautiful? I coloured it with Promarkers and layered it up with some lovely summer colours, the die cut was a freebie on a magazine, so useful! the other little corners are from a D'Lites set.

I hope you'll come over and share what's in your garden at the DigiSketch Challenge.

Elephants for Luck!

We have a new challenge at Dragonfly Dreams, this time we would like to see something from your birth month, colour, jewels, something that says to you its your birth month!

Well I am a Virgo, so firstly everything has to be perfect, lol! Then I think I catch some Leo as I love hot colours, I like bright summer colours they cheer me up!

Our sponsor this month is the fabulous Bugaboo and they have such a variety of images, everyone always thinks of the great humorous digis and I have to say I do love them too but they also have some other images that are so different, I chose to work with this one

I flipped one elephant so they became a pair, they so remind me of the sixties! I have a friend that was in need of some cheering up and a lot of luck so I made this for her. I read somewhere that elephants are supposed to be lucky so I sent her two hoping to double her luck! I chose the hot pink becasuse I love hot pink it is definitely something that comes from my birth month! I also love bling, not for me but on everything else!!
So remember if you want something different go check out Bugaboo and then come and join us in this fun challenge!

House Moving........

Isn't that just one of the worst tasks ever! I have moved house more times than I care to remember and got quite good at it but it was always so stressful.

Gerda Steiner has just moved and she produced this fabulous digi for her progressive challenge

Now isn't that the cutest digi! Any cat person will know this to be so true, any box and the cat's there!

I made this card for a girl in the office who has just found a flat, she has a little girl and boy which is why I made it in pink and blue, then there's no fights!

Why not pop over to Gerda's and subscribe to her newsletter and join in with the progressive challenge its such fun!

Happy Birthday!

We have a fabulous sponsor at Penny's this week - Kenny K!!! I do love their digis, full of fun and so animated and I love this one

I used some delicious papers from Fizzy Moon for the background, layered onto orange pearl card. The image was coloured with alcohol markers, the tag has space to personalise it which makes it really cute!

The theme for this week is Buttons, Butterflies or Bows and I added all of them!

I hope you will come over to Penny's Paper Crafty this week and join us in this fun challenge!
